In our Talent Acquisition organization your impact will be deep. You will directly support BIG BET 2: Connecting People to Experts(CP2E), one of Intuit’s 5 Big Bets. The goal is simple: Be the AI-driven Expert platform of choice. 

The Senior Professional Recruiter will support the hyper growth of our TurboTax Live Expert Network. Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Service Delivery leaders, the recruiter will design an effective strategy to source, attract, manage, and hire a large and diverse Tax Expert community. Create the vision, set the strategy and lead how we attract and build relationships with candidates who are experts in their domain and are eager to help others. In this role, you will use your expertise in high volume recruiting to continue to grow our external network of tax professionals whilst in tandem, creating clearly defined internal mobility pathways to support and champion Intuit’s growth centric mindset.

Please note that Intuit is working hybrid with 3x in office.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $122,500 - $166,000

Southern California $120,000 - $162,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future 
  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers, coaching them on effective and scalable solutions to evaluate talent in a high volume setting 
  • Develop and execute on end to end campaigns, strategies and projects that supports Intuit’s position as the employer of choice for tax professionals in North America
  • Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close candidates for all assigned roles
  • Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members
  • Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects 
  • Champion diversity and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
  • Collaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for others

Qualifications

  • Proven success in full cycle recruitment with High Volume or Class Based roles, with experience in scaling recruitment programs
  • Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership
  • Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
  • Experience managing or assisting to develop scalable hiring solutions across an enterprise level organization 
  • Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
  • Success in developing inclusive pipelines
  • Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
  • Success in guiding, consulting and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
