Job Overview

Join a dynamic Customer Success (CS) Data and Analytics team that leverages analytics and AI to improve customer experiences and transform Intuit’s journey to becoming an industry leader. We are seeking a seasoned Staff Business Data Analyst with a passion for delivering data-driven insights, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to drive complex projects. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and deliver meaningful business outcomes at scale. Additionally, this role will work closely with our Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) organization to drive innovations that connect customers with experts in real time.

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Insights: Lead complex, cross-functional projects to deliver actionable insights that support decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Conversation Capabilities: Analyze and measure the effectiveness of conversation platforms such as chat, voice, and video, providing recommendations to enhance customer engagement.
  • AI/GenAI Solutions: Partner with AI teams to integrate AI/GenAI capabilities that improve business processes and drive key outcomes.
  • Data Architecture & Quality: Oversee data architecture, design, instrumentation, and quality initiatives across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and robust data systems.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) & Testing: Utilize advanced BI tools and frameworks to drive insights and recommendations, and design A/B testing to evaluate business strategies.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior analysts and influence senior leaders by delivering compelling data stories, recommendations, and scalable solutions for critical business initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to develop and implement data-driven strategies and tools that align with company goals.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with strong leadership in data architecture and strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, “big data” technologies (e.g., Redshift, Spark, Hive, BigQuery), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Dash).
  • Extensive experience with AI/GenAI tools for automating tasks and building custom implementations.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests and using data to drive business insights and innovation.
