Job Overview

Intuit's Consumer Group (CG) Go-to-Market Operations and Technology team is seeking an experienced marketing technology manager to join the Platform Solutions Team. This is an individual contributor role and will be responsible for managing our mobile measurement platform and onsite behavior insights technology supporting TurboTax marketing channels.

We are looking for someone who has deep domain knowledge of the ad tech industry and analytics, mobile app tracking and insights technologies (particularly Mobile Measurement Partners or MMPs) as this role serves as the subject matter expert across teams and identifies industry trends and new opportunities. This role works closely with multiple stakeholders and functions, including product development, product management, data engineering, strategy/advertising, legal, analytics, agency partners, and 3rd party MarTech partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage/own mobile measurement partner (MMP) technology including creation of Smartlinks, troubleshoot & resolve issues, QA in-app data collection, and provide implementation requirements/SDK management with PD
  • Manage/own the onsite behavioral data analytics platform, including managing access, facilitating training, working with the vendor on roadmaps and feature requests
  • Manage internal roadmaps and workback plans, groom and prioritize incoming requests, and manage dependencies for owned capabilities
  • Partner with the advertising & analytics teams on strategy and execution requirements
  • Write business requirement documentation, drive initiatives and manage dependencies
  • Manage and communicate strategies, learnings, risk mitigation plans, accomplishments, and prioritization to senior management and the broader org
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, accruals and vendor relationship management
  • Contribute to 1 year planning
  • Evaluate MarTech landscape and compare against existing capabilities and business needs
  • Work across Intuit & the central GTM Tech Team on the x-Intuit capability strategies, representing stakeholders and have deep understanding of business use cases and data/tracking needs. Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end architecture and MarTech Stack
  • Work across the Insights, Privacy & AdTech Platform Solutions Team to support as needed

Qualifications

  • 7+ years professional experience in marketing technology management, product management, marketing operations, or related role
  • Experience managing marketing technologies, mobile SDKs and app attribution tracking, including implementation driver, translating business requirements to technical requirements and E2E QA
  • Experience with Kochava and other MMPs (ex Branch, AppsFlyer, etc)
  • Experience with multiple digital marketing channels (i.e. Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, Social, Native App, and Web Properties)
  • Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative
  • Experience partnering with product managers, data engineers and engineering architects on understanding and defining requirements
  • Leveraging AI for productivity, efficiency and performance
  • Required skills include: strong communicator, influencer across teams and various levels and ability to communicate technology to non-technical stakeholders, detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture, team player, excellent teaching and training skills, self-starter with a growth mindset, effectively identify critical items that need action and drive them to closure. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $153,500-207,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
