Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Staff Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our organization, you will be a strategic talent advisor to our engineering and product leadership. You will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process for our most critical technical roles, from sourcing and engagement to closing top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to Engineering and Product leaders to deeply understand their technical roadmaps and talent requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance on effective sourcing strategies, talent assessment, and compensation.
  • Develop and execute innovative, end-to-end sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier technical talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for critical technical roles and future hiring needs.
  • Lead the offer negotiation and closing process, collaborating with compensation partners and hiring managers to secure top candidates.
  • Champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
  • Utilize data and analytics to provide insights to the business and drive continuous improvement in our recruiting processes.
  • Act as a mentor and leader within the Talent Acquisition team, contributing to team-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

 

  • Bay Area California: $155,000 - 209,500
  • Southern California: $145,500 - 197,000

 

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a strong preference for experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
  • Proven experience partnering and consulting with senior-level engineering and product leaders.
  • A deep understanding of the technical landscape, including modern programming languages, software development lifecycles, and in-demand technical specializations (e.g., AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Distributed Systems).
  • A track record of success in developing and executing strategies to build inclusive and diverse talent pipelines.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and a dynamic talent market.
  • Expertise in guiding and coaching hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and talent assessment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $155,000 - 209,500, Southern California $145,500 - 197,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
