As a Recruiter, Core Engineering with Intuit the expectations are high. You will be expected to be expert at your craft while influencing top talent and business leaders to make well informed decisions through data insights and market intelligence. You will create best in class experiences that delight candidates and managers while being a multiplier for your team through mentoring and training.

As the Recruiter partnering with our engineering organizations, you will be in a unique position to affect product outcomes by bringing the best engineering talent to Intuit. Our engineering teams create products for our small business and consumer products and partner with data, product management, and design teams.  You will be expected to think broadly and implement strategies to acquire, assess and close top engineering talent to help the company reach its product and revenue goals.

Examples of your work will include:

  • Partnering with HR and engineering leaders to create a shared assessment model
  • Creating opportunities to influence external engineering talent for long range hiring goals
  • Partnering with other recruiters and sourcers in developing a community of “Ready Now/Ready Later” talent
  • Provide hiring insights through metrics and analysis reporting to business and TA leaders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive recruiting strategy for engineering leaders across business units 
  • Develop and drive an assessment strategy with each hiring manager
  • Lead the offer process and provide guidance to the hiring leader & HR Business Partner to arrive at competitive and equitable compensation packages
  • Understand the business needs and leverage the business strategy in your communication efforts and recruiting strategy to win talent
  • Collaborate and partner across teams

 

 

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

 

Bay Area California $122,500 - 166,000

Southern California $120,000 - 162,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
