TurboTax National Funnel/Business Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Funnel Manager to build, optimize, and manage conversion-focused sales funnels that drive revenue growth and improve customer acquisition. As a Sales Funnel Manager, you will play a key role in managing the framework of our marketing and sales processes, ensuring the smooth transition of prospects through the customer journey while maximizing lead generation, nurturing, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing, concierges, product, expert, design, and technology teams to ensure alignment across functional areas, delivering seamless, high-performing funnels.
Responsibilities
1. Funnel Strategy and Design:
o Develop and implement effective sales funnel strategies tailored to various target audiences and objectives.
o Map out the customer journey to identify touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for optimization in content, design, and operational processes.
o Create funnel wireframes, layouts, or flowcharts to visualize the sales process, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
2. Funnel Build and Implementation:
o Build and manage multiple sales funnels, including opt-in pages, sales pages, webinars, checkout processes, and follow-up automation.
o Utilize funnel-building tools and software to craft seamless workflows.
o Work with internal or external resources to produce compelling content, copy, graphics, and assets for each stage of the funnel.
3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
o Monitor the performance of funnels, tracking metrics like lead conversion rates, bounce rates, click-through rates (CTR), and revenue per lead.
o Conduct A/B testing for various funnel components, such as headlines, CTAs, page design, offers, and email sequences, to improve results.
o Analyze data and feedback to continuously optimize sales funnels for higher conversion rates.
4. Lead Management and Nurturing:
o Implement marketing automation systems to nurture leads at various stages of the funnel (via email campaigns, retargeting, etc.).
o Design personalized follow-up strategies to keep prospects engaged and moving closer to purchase decisions.
o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead hand-offs and alignment on follow-up strategies.
5. Managing the product and Expert Experience
o Understand speedbumps that are slowing conversion within the product and experts experience
o Partnering with teams to improve performance
6. Collaboration and Communication:
o Partner with marketing teams to align paid ad campaigns, organic strategies, and content with funnel objectives.
o Work closely with sales teams to reflect customer feedback and user needs in funnel strategies.
o Coordinate with web developers, graphic designers, and copywriters to ensure timely delivery of funnel assets.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
o Create detailed reports highlighting the funnel's performance, ROI, and KPIs.
o Use tracking tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or funnel metrics tools) to analyze user behavior and identify bottlenecks.
Recommend actionable insights based on data analysis to improve sales funnel efficiency.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
o Proven experience in sales funnel creation, optimization, and management.
o Strong knowledge of funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Kartra, HubSpot, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
o Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including lead generation, email marketing, retargeting, and paid ad campaigns.
o Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, heatmaps, CRM software, or performance tracking platforms).
o Excellent understanding of the customer journey and conversion principles.
o Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple funnels simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
o Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing strategies as they relate to funnels.
o Experience with copywriting and persuasive marketing techniques.
o Familiarity with graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to contribute to funnel visuals.
o Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting funnel-related tech issues.

o Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box to generate leads.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams.
Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
o 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or conversion optimization roles.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $189,500 - 256,000, Southern California $175,000 - 236,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
