Job Overview

Intuit is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager (IC) to join our strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the TurboTax marketing strategies and initiatives targeting Canadian filers  who seek expert assistance in filing their taxes. Your innovative mindset, product marketing strategy experience, and ability to create bold plans will be essential in driving the growth and success of this segment.

Responsibilities

    • Develop Product Marketing Strategies: Utilize your 10+ years of experience to analyze and understand the needs and preferences of our Assisted Customer Segments. Develop customer strategies that effectively position and promote our assisted offering to target these segments, working closely with the GTM team to inform creative and offsite channel decisions
    • Innovative Thinking: Demonstrate an innovation mindset by staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities to differentiate our offerings. Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to develop creative marketing approaches that resonate with the target audience
    • Bold Planning: Create transformational marketing strategies that not only lay the groundwork for future growth but lift heads with a market that is on autopilot. Oversee the flawless execution of these strategies with the support of expert functional groups. Collaborate with other strategists and channel leaders on innovation-centric data-led marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring maximum reach and impact
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, analytics, sales, MarTech and GTM, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and monitor performance driven KPIs. Work closely with the product team to provide input on product enhancements and ensure alignment between customer needs and product features
    • Grit and Determination: Exhibit a resilient and determined approach in overcoming challenges and achieving marketing objectives. Continuously monitor and optimize segment performance, leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and maximize ROI

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a similar role focused on customer segments or assisted services
  • Proven track record of developing and executing breakthrough marketing strategies, specifically targeting services based customer segments
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • The ability to collaborate with passion and empathy across disciplines, to achieve shared and divergent goals
  • A positive, can-do attitude that results in problem solving and a bias towards action
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent experience
