  • Lead the evolution of core app navigation and experiences, including top and bottom navigation, hamburger menu, member profiles, and key entry points, establishing a cohesive experience across the app.

  • Partner with Design and Engineering to define scalable UX patterns and reusable components, and drive adoption of the Consumer Design System (CDS) to create a consistent, high-quality experience across product teams.

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to simplify complex member journeys, reduce friction, and improve app usability, driving deeper engagement, increased active days, and long-term member retention.

  • Drive alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams, influencing cross-functional priorities and making strategic trade-offs that balance member needs, business outcomes, and long-term platform scalability.

  • Define success metrics, goals, and milestones, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights, member research, and experimentation to inform product strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
