Job Overview

Role Overview

Intuit is undergoing a major transformation to modernize, unify, and scale our global partner ecosystem. The Global Partner Program (GPP) is our unified GTM framework designed to standardize enrollment, tiering, commercial benefits, and support experiences for all partner tracks—including Accountants, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Developers, and ISVs—under a single platform: the Intuit Partner Suite (IPS).

As the Technical Program Manager for Partner GTM Systems & Technology Roadmap, you will own the technical execution engine of this program. You will serve as the single operations interface into the data and systems engineering teams. Your mission is to translate high-level program strategies into robust technical specifications, maintain and author all Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), manage the prioritization of the system roadmap, and aggressively mitigate technical risks to ensure flawless rollouts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Technical Backlog & Roadmap: Drive the technical prioritization, sequencing, and delivery roadmap for the Intuit Partner Suite (PRM/Portal) and integrated GTM tools (Salesforce, DocuSign, Quickbase, and Varicent) in direct partnership with systems and engineering leaders.

  • Business Requirements (BRD) Authorship & Lifecycle: Author, update, and finalize comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). You will translate complex partner strategies, multi-tier revenue share structures, lead registration/protection rules, and tier-aware support routing—into clear, implementation-ready logic for developers.

  • Single Operations Interface to VEP/Engineering: Act as the centralized point of contact for all technical requirements, unifying and streamlining communication channels to eliminate historical fragmentation between business, ops, and engineering.

  • Cross-Functional Requirements Gathering: Collaborate deeply with GPP Program Strategy  to capture strategic intent, and PMO to map system dependencies, ensuring technical plans directly support GPP launch-readiness schedules.

  • Technical Risk & Blocker Mitigation: Identify, track, and resolve system constraints and delivery risks. Focus areas include resolving data residency/GDPR requirements for international markets (UK, Canada, Australia) and managing the technical transition of legacy partner data into the new platform.

  • System Validation & UAT Governance: Define the operational quality standards and “Definition of Done” for technical deliverables. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation to ensure shipped platform features exactly match defined business policies before they go live to partners.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Systems Implementation Expertise: 6+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale systems implementations across CRM (Salesforce/SFDC), Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, Billing/Commerce engines, or Enterprise Data Warehouses.

  • Exceptional Business Analysis (BRD Writing): A proven track record of writing exceptionally detailed, logic-driven Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that govern complex automation (e.g., tiered point accruals, referral payouts, and API-driven data integrations).

  • Technical Translator: Exceptional capability to bridge the gap between abstract business strategy and core engineering requirements, comfortably negotiating scope and trade-offs with both Executive Directors and System Architects.

  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Experience navigating highly matrixed enterprise organizations, with a demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholder groups (Sales, Ops, Product, Success, Finance, and Legal).

  • Detail-Oriented & Risk-Aware: High analytical rigor with experience using structured risk-management frameworks to identify operational constraints, system bugs, and process inefficiencies before they impact launch milestones.

  • Agile/Scrum Experience: Strong familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog grooming, and Jira-based sprint management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce PRM, Impartner, ZiftONE).

  • Familiarity with financial incentive systems (e.g., Varicent or automated revenue share platforms).

  • Direct experience working within B2B SaaS partner programs, channel operations, or agency reseller ecosystems.
