Job Overview
The Intuit QuickBooks Integrated Marketing Team is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to deliver disruptive experiences in the SMB and Mid-Market space, dramatically growing customer acquisition and revenue growth. As a Marketing Manager you will:
Responsibilities
- Solve big customer and business challenges by using insights to develop, implement and optimize acquisition marketing strategies and investments across channels (web, search, content and media) and business portfolios balancing product priorities with ecosystem synergies to maximize ROI.
- Drive consideration and conversion improvement at scale, with ecosystem level impact within our acquisition channels by analyzing the end-to-end funnel; defining hypotheses to improve at various points of drop-off; and coordinating and executing iterative test plans across a variety of touch points including in-product and in digital marketing channels.
- Contribute to the development of an end to end strategy for the ecosystem by understanding customer journeys to drive awareness for the online portfolio of products for the right audiences at key moments.
- Partner deeply with product marketing partners, digital channels, sales,and ecosystem-lifecycle marketing teams to create awesome end-to-end customer experiences that are integrated across a variety of online and offline channels (performance media, holistic search, web, sales, care and all other touchpoints)
- Understand audiences, drivers of customer choice across our portfolio of offerings and optimize mix towards highest return on investment
- Drive disruption in the current presentation and delivery of the product portfolio, pricing and promotional strategy for all of our lead gen and online acquisition channels.
- Drive holistic acquisition strategy by partnering closely with tight-knit cross-functional teams spanning marketing, product, design, business development, analytics, finance and agency teams
- Contribute to the development and execution of the 1 and 3-year marketing strategy and plans.
- Actively analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results
- Present plans, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership team
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $120,000-162,500, Southern California $113,500-154,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of business experience leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful execution
- Ability to translate customer insights into marketing strategy
- Comfortable analyzing diverse sets of data to develop insights; experience with quantitative data analysis
- Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact near-term levers
- Comfortable making difficult tradeoff decisions based on data and gut
- Influences across teams to get things done, consistently communicates and influences across all levels up to Executive and across multiple functions to achieve results
- Bias for action
- Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong results orientation and decision making skills
- Detail-oriented, sweating the details to deliver awesome
- Expert experience driving online acquisition through channels including: paid media, search engine optimization, web experience design and full lifecycle innovation.
