Join Intuit as a Principal, Customer Success Business Operations, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic execution, operational excellence, and business transformation. We are looking for strategic problem solvers to help accelerate Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity around the world.

Intuit Customer Success is reimagining how we serve our customers through innovative business models, AI-driven customer experiences, and operational excellence. This role is critical in connecting our mission to strategy to outcomes, ensuring alignment across the organization, and driving measurable business performance. As a Business Operations leader, you will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to execute on top business priorities, delivering clear impact for both customers and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution & Leadership: Design and drive regular operating mechanisms and workshops with senior executives to align strategy, measure financial and operational performance, and improve customer experiences.
  • Executive Strategy Storytelling: Develop and deliver high-impact strategic narratives, presentations, and insights to guide executive decision-making at the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Board of Directors, and CEO staff-level.
  • Planning & Governance: Partner across functions to lead strategic business planning, strategy execution, and program governance, ensuring clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
  • Transformation & Operational Excellence: Lead high-impact transformation initiatives designed to improve organizational effectiveness, improve our internal business operations, and accelerate our pace as an organization.
  • Program & Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of strategic programs and projects, ensuring successful execution through coordination, prioritization, and tracking KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Relentless drive for excellence, pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo, and bringing a sense of urgency to execution.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, management consulting, finance, or analytics at a top company. Strong business acumen, financial acumen, and data-driven decision making skills with experience building financial or analytical models.
  • Experience managing and delivering a large portfolio of strategic programs or transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability and experience leading meetings and workshops with senior executives, both driving content development and facilitation.
  • Excellent strategic storytelling (written / slides / presentation) and executive influence skills, with the ability to synthesize complex insights into actionable recommendations for C-suite and Board-level stakeholders. Able to both coordinate and drive projects to completion.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering high-quality, well-thought-out solutions.
