We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

Come join Intuit’s Mid-Market Product Management org as a Principal Product Manager for our Agentic Workflow Platform. The Mid-Market Product Management org is dedicated to discovering, clarifying, and evangelizing the future of finance and business operations for our Mid-Market and enterprise customers globally. To ensure the Mid-Market product experience is built for the future, we are adopting an AI-first mindset across our entire ecosystem.

Intuit is reimagining what it means to “do accounting.” In this role, you will be responsible for critical initiatives that power accountants and finance professionals to design, deploy, and manage their own agentic workflows and integrate them in their everyday work. You will partner closely with engineering, AI scientists, design, and Intuit’s network of accounting firm partners to build the next generation solution that will transform accounting firms and how finance and accounting departments operate in the AI-native era.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-impact, strategic, thought-provoking  AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.

  • Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, OKR, and success metrics for your products.

  • Translate deep domain knowledge of accounting processes (close calendars, reconciliations, journal entries, client review cycles) into product requirements that engineering can build against.

  • Direct research and customer engagement motions to validate the most promising hypotheses and decide when to double down or pivot.

  • Think big and dive deep - explore unconventional ideas and challenge status quo assumptions to unlock new product experiences, while sweating the details to achieve the highest quality of seamless UX.

  • Earn buy-in from stakeholders and inspire teams to charge forward with exceptional storytelling ability and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience, including meaningful experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit — e.g., a former CPA, Controller, accounting firm operator, or PM who has built software for accounting/finance workflows.

  • Direct, practitioner-level understanding of accounting workflows: close processes, reconciliations, GL/journal entries, client advisory, and the controls and review steps accountants rely on for accuracy and compliance.

  • Track record of taking AI-native or workflow-automation products from concept to production with strong adoption, ideally involving agents, RPA, or intelligent automation in a regulated or high-trust domain.

  • Excel in an extremely fast pace environment with blended responsibilities across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and broader cross-functional teams.

  • High degree of technical fluency on agentic architecture, orchestration, and guardrails, even without a formal engineering background.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between accounting practitioners, engineers, and executive stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with the current state of AI/agentic technology and industry trends; familiarity with Intuit’s Enterprise Suite and Intuit Accountant Suite products is a plus.
