Job Overview

Intuit’s Identity team is looking for a Senior Product Designer who is excited to create customer and developer experiences and build a vision around platform capabilities at Intuit. This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable delivering in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, with a strong ability to go deep into the details and step back and connect the dots for a more strategic perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms
  • Masterful storyteller, able to influence a broad audience by visualizing ideas and concepts for internal leaders, partners and customers
  • Bring a bold vision and design strategy to life across multiple areas in the Can connect the dots across multiple strategies and initiatives to make the largest impact.
  • Turn visions into concepts, and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system
  • Deliver User Experience visions, specifications, wireframes and prototypes
  • Use facilitative leadership skills to drive the best outcome for multiple stakeholders across a matrices organization, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
  • Design components and patterns in close collaboration with brand, product design teams, and business requirements
  • Assist in defining our company-wide design system for Generative AI
  • Advocate for design system adoption throughout teams, acting as a subject matter expert to other designers and developers implementing our design direction.
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional partnerships that bridge design and development and ensure cohesion across design and code implementation

Qualifications

  • Experience in platform organization is a plus.
  • Proven experience driving organizational change.
  • 10+ years of Program Management experience, including 5 or more years leading multiple complex technology-focused programs in a data-centric, repeatable, and scalable manner.
  • Strong Program Management best practices experience, including experience helping to roll out new processes across large organizations
  • Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations
  • Ability to synthesize various points of view into a cohesive narrative and build a presentation for senior leaders
  • High attention to detail, strong program management background, and proven ability to work successfully in a cross-functional environment
  • Outstanding communication skills that help engage PMO organizations
  • Ability to rally teams, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align teams on plans for moving forward
