Job Overview

Come join the Data Platform Team as a Senior Software Engineer. We are building our next generation data platform by creating solutions that transform how Intuit employees build, launch, and maintain data and AI-powered applications. We leverage large-scale data processing technologies from AWS, Databricks, and open source like Apache Spark and Apache Flink.

This role involves applying high caliber software engineering and industry best practices to design, implement, and support full-stack features in our data processing platform. You will lead significant projects and participate in the entire product lifecycle for major feature and service launches.

You will typically drive projects within your team. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners as needed, make localized technical decisions for the platform, and influence team engineering processes. We seek engineers that can wear multiple hats beyond just a developer; you will be encouraged to proactively identify and size new opportunities, and partner with stakeholders to ideate, test, and validate hypotheses using rapid experimentation.

Ultimately, we're looking for someone who is passionate about data technologies, writes clean code, and loves building for customers.
