Join the Intuit Business Operations Team as a Business Operations Senior Manager team member where you will help us strengthen the planning connection from Intuit’s company-level annual strategy to team-level execution by innovating on planning processes, accelerating velocity for teams that ultimately accelerate Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity around the world.

As an integral part of the Intuit Business Operations Team, you will:

  • Work in a team to support operations of the annual planning process for teams and ecosystems across Intuit, and execute on the change management strategy
  • Drive and lead the thinking for enterprise-level planning processes, building on original insights, external learning, and stakeholder perspective
  • Drive and lead process success and audience empathy exercises from in-person data collection through to insights, taking what you hear from Fin-s and connecting strategic threads to accelerate decisions and outcomes
  • Drive partnerships with Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, Enterprise Architecture, and teams across the company to drive planning processes
  • Bring high-energy and a high-touch approach, demonstrate a scale mindset to problem-solving and change management
  • Demonstrate Intuit Values in all you do, being an addition to our team that is always stronger together

Responsibilities

  • You will own key relationships across the enterprise, and leverage those relationships to drive user empathy to remove roadblocks and friction in the process
  • You will provide thought leadership and drive the framing of strategic questions, defining recommendations and solutions, and articulating a case for change to executives
  • You will champion and communicate planning strategy, and drive change management plans to build the right organizational muscles and connect the dots between strategic and tactical planning layers
  • You will drive executive communication, communicating a clear point of view to executives and influence others to focus attention and take action on the most critical areas with compelling, thoughtful arguments supported by data-in-context
  • You will identify opportunities, risks, and roadblocks to improve planning processes and capabilities
  • You will contribute to experiment design and run rapid experiments and data analysis to test, analyze, learn, and recommend paths forward
  • You will role-model extreme ownership for complex problems in the process that create friction for our users and collaborate with change leaders across the organization to solve them

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of work experience in leading process transformations across a large enterprise, through management consulting or business operations roles
  • Change Leadership: ability and skill to formulate a clear change management plan and lead organizational change management efforts, communicating with impact, and providing transparency to our planning community
  • Operational Rigor: deep experience and demonstrated understanding of strategy, company-level goals, business/operating model, and performance drivers for the entire function/segment to improve processes that deliver better outcomes for our planning community
  • Strategic Problem Solving: ability and skill in generating innovative insights and ideas to identify new process improvement opportunities that help advance the business
  • Ownership & Influence: strong sense of ownership to drive decisions and outcomes, clarifying ambiguities
  • Learning & Expertise: Learning mindset, curiosity, and question why things work the way they do

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $160,000 - 216,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
