About the Job
The Staff Product Manager for mobile Payments and Invoicing will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of small businesses across America get work, and then get paid for it. Whether they’re visiting a client, taking photos of a job, invoicing in their truck, or on their couch, we want to delight and automate their tasks. You will take something SMBs dread —> Replace it with beautiful multi-screen experiences —> and then automate 95%+ so they can stop tapping and focus on growing their business.
To execute on this vision you will lead the charge in developing a comprehensive strategy, built on customer obsession conducting countless interviews. You will build empathy and a deep understanding of how businesses use different devices for different tasks. You will layer that knowledge and empathy on top of thorough funnel and behavior analysis. Combining qualitative and quantitative information you will execute on your vision, and power prosperity and profitability across the country.
Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the experience of getting jobs, and getting paid.
- Product Strategy: Set a vision and devise a compelling strategy encompassing target customer persona sequencing, customer problem narrowing, competitive positioning, prioritized solutioning, roadmap planning, metrics setting, and impact articulation.
- Nail the Execution: build the best possible solution that balances quality and velocity, pressure test designs, think through edge cases, look for ways to validate the experience is customer backed, fights obstacles in the way of velocity, and manage up effectively and concisely.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships and collaborate with engineering, experience design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to maximize outside the box thinking, and velocity.
- Market Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends because it’s genuinely interesting, as well as the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI, AR automation and Mobile Payments
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in developing and launching Mobile SaaS products.
- 3+ years of experience with iOS and Android app development
- Agile development methodologies and a customer-centric approach to product development.
- Experience helping businesses/customers get paid or make payments
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and team building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Passion for solving customer get paid problems and a passion for the future of AI software
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $177,000 239,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
