The Fintech PMO exists to accelerate the technology and product outcomes of the Fintech organization and across the ecosystem by improving and enabling world-class strategy, execution, and delivery. We drive for accountability and clarity while ensuring execution excellence, and empowering cross-functional teams to scale and organize for speed

As a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the Fintech organization, you will be a strategic leader responsible for accelerating technology and product outcomes across our ecosystem. This role specifically focuses on delivering high-priority Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform initiatives, leading complex, end-to-end platform buildouts that serve as the foundation for the next generation of financial services. You will operate as a force multiplier, driving systematic changes in how we work and ensuring execution excellence at scale.


Responsibilities

Portfolio & Strategic Leadership

  • Strategy Execution: Partner with Portfolio Leadership to unblock program teams and guide delivery across a broad and deep program portfolio.

  • Strategic Thinking: Connect the dots across various programs within the portfolio to simplify the "why, what, and how" for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Executive Communication: Drive transparency by communicating status, risks, and actionable solutions to Senior Leadership.

  • International Complexity: Manage risks and escalations specific to international markets, including compliance challenges and infrastructure constraints

Program

  • Define and implement program frameworks and a consistent operating cadence to ensure teams deliver with velocity and ease.

  • Effectively identify and manage cross-program dependencies at scale through right-sized processes.

  • Quickly resolve critical issues and establish order amidst the ambiguity inherent in rapid expansion.

  • Apply deep expertise in software development life cycles and architecture to deliver complex technical portfolios end-to-end.

  • Partner with technical SMEs and leaders to operationalize Intuit’s Tech Strategy and improve development velocity.

  • Leverage and design AI capabilities efficiently within daily program activities to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong program management experience with 10+ years experience, or the equivalent in the industry

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, influencing leaders and building strong partnerships across organizations

  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences including goals of program and other relevant success criteria

  • Highly capable in stakeholder management and strong capability to build strong relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs in an agile environment

  • Exhibits a results-oriented mindset, anchoring stakeholders to primary objectives even during setbacks

  • Ability to establish clarity and order in chaotic, fast-paced environments

  • Ability to scale across large portfolios in a manner that transcends organizational silos

  • Deep knowledge of the fintech landscape is highly preferred. BaaS Platform experience is an ideal match
