Job Overview

Accelerate growth for Intuit’s Workforce business by driving the operational rhythm and strategic direction of our Sales organization. This high-impact, analytics-driven role is designed for a strategic orchestrator who thrives on cross-functional alignment and measurable progress. You will own critical revenue programs and lead key business reviews, uniting Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics to optimize the funnel, eliminate performance gaps, and execute high-value growth initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate Operating Cadence: Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (WBR/MBR) across the GTM organization to drive accountability and continuous alignment.

  • Drive Strategic Programs: Perform deep-dive analyses into the GTM funnel to pinpoint high-leverage growth opportunities and deliver data-backed recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Synthesize Business Performance: Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories regarding the "state of the business" for senior stakeholders.

  • Optimize Sales Productivity: Build predictive models to benchmark sales productivity, set target expectations, and execute operational strategies that consistently exceed targets.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting within a tech environment (high-growth SaaS preferred).

  • Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to parse complex datasets, leverage Salesforce data, and utilize AI tools to extract actionable business insights.

  • Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of leading high-stakes meetings, driving cross-functional accountability, and executing seamlessly.

  • Executive Presence: Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge Sales and Marketing leaders, align priorities, and drive performance under pressure.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is:
New York $164,500 - $222,500
