Job Overview
Come join the Global Sales Onboarding Team as a Senior Learning Architect. In this role you will transform how we design, deliver, and scale learning experiences at Intuit. This role will play a critical part in reimagining the onboarding learning journey by designing scalable, innovative, and highly engaging solutions that empower employees to learn, apply, and create. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a deep understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and sales enablement strategies. They will be responsible for building learning experiences that are optimized for delivery while ensuring effectiveness and adoption at scale. They will also work cross functionally across all Sales Enablement business units to ensure onboarding remains agile and delivers solutions that positively impact the business.
Responsibilities
- Learning Experience Design and Innovation
- Creating, managing and implementing blended learning experiences that drive knowledge retention, behavior change, and ROI.
- Leverage a variety of learning modalities, including digital learning, immersive simulations, social learning, and AI-driven personalization, to create learning experiences that simulate real-life scenarios.
- Reimagine traditional onboarding and training models to create a seamless, intuitive, and self-sustaining learning experience.
- Scalability and Automation
- Develop frameworks and repeatable models that scale learning across the organization without additional headcount.
- Work cross functionally to build self-service and in-the-flow-of-work learning solutions that empower employees to access knowledge at the right time.
- Collaborate with the Tools and Technology teams to incorporate AI, automation, and data-driven insights to create adaptive learning experiences that evolve based on business needs.
- Development and Facilitation
- Facilitate learning experiences as needed and develop strategies to scale facilitation through internal subject matter experts and peer networks.
- Enable leaders and teams to take ownership of learning by providing toolkits, playbooks, and enablement resources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and enablement teams to align learning solutions with strategic priorities.
- Act as a thought leader in learning and development, influencing stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends.
- Data-Driven Learning and Continuous Improvement
- Use data, analytics, and learner feedback to measure the impact of learning programs and continuously iterate on design.
- Experiment with new learning methodologies and emerging technologies to push the boundaries of traditional L&D.
- Ensure learning solutions are agile, flexible, and responsive to business changes.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $148,000 - 200,500, Southern California $133,500 - 180,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in learning experience design, instructional design, enablement, or a related field
- Expertise in Learning Science: Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavior change models, and instructional methodologies
- Design and Development Skills: Proven ability to create engaging, scalable, and multi-modal learning experiences
- Technology and Innovation: Experience with AI-driven learning, adaptive learning platforms, and automation
- Facilitation and Enablement: Ability to facilitate learning experiences and empower others to deliver at scale
- Collaboration and Influence: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive alignment across teams
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use insights and analytics to continuously improve learning effectiveness
- Agility and Creativity: Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and pushing the boundaries of traditional L&D
