We are seeking a Mobile App Marketing Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of mobile app marketing, including strategy development, execution, and measurement. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the mobile app marketing landscape and media platforms, strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance, and an in-depth understanding of new user data and privacy laws. The Marketing Manager will report to the Group Manager of Digital Media and X-Channel Strategy based in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive mobile app marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement against key business goals.
  • Lead efforts in market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify and anticipate emerging trends and opportunities in the mobile app marketing space.
  • Drive top-of-funnel and app store optimization with an experimentation mindset, driving towards continuous innovation, improvement, and a highly proactive bias for solutions-oriented outcomes.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability of great storytelling through data and insights, both written and verbal, articulating channel strategy and plans to cross-functional teams as well as senior leadership.
  • Lead partnership with Apple and Google Play app store partners and present annual marketing roadmaps
  • Proactive & Strategic Self-Starter.

 

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with the creative team to build engaging and persuasive ad campaigns that resonate with growth targets and core audiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, media vendors, ad networks, and other technology providers to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with analytics, data science, and digital activation teams to align on new ways of data measurement and triangulation of x-channel app campaigns.
  • Ability to influence & partner with key internal stakeholder teams: leadership, product marketers, app developers, marketing channel leaders, and data partners to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward.
  • Ability to seamlessly context switch from high-altitude to in-the-weeds for any given audience.

 

Performance and Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data regularly to optimize performance and maximize ROI through various platforms such as social media, display advertising, and mobile app advertising.
  • Expert knowledge of Kochava MMP (or similar) and partner with client relations team on new technology and partnership enhancements.
  • Be an expert and stay up to date with new user data privacy laws and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance in all aspects of mobile app marketing.
  • Transform performance results, customer behavior insights, and learnings into actionable strategy, planning, and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Performance marketing expertise; you are a digital native and expert in driving outcomes, with focus in mobile app media, who can inspire and drive a team to do the best work of their lives
  • Demonstrates ability to execute large-scale marketing programs and an expert in driving targeted business outcomes
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills necessary to drive and lead x-functionalinitiatives, and to be effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and extreme fast-moving environment
  • 5+ Years mobile app marketer. Must have experience leading campaigns with high impact results.
  • Minimal travel for industry networking, media, conferences, and related events
  • Hybrid Role: 2-3 days in office/week

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $120,000 - 162,500, Southern California $113,500 - 154,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
