Job Overview
Intuit’s Consumer Group (CG), a team serving the needs of over 20+ million US consumers to file their annual tax returns, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for the Performance Media Team.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Omni-Channel Marketing Manager to drive our team in developing and executing effective cross-channel marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of media and performance marketing channels, as well as the ability to develop GTM strategies that deliver against our core business initiatives across all channels. The Marketing Manager will report to the Staff Marketing Manager of the X-Channel Strategy team based in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Work with strategy partners and channel experts to outline our holistic go-to-market approach and build out an integrated campaign plan, starting with strategy, developing a brief, channel execution, and measuring performance.
- Transform performance results, customer behavior insights, and learnings into actionable strategy, planning, and optimization.
- Partners with the Media team to align on the recommended investment allocation.
- Work with channel leads to develop and execute targeted campaigns tailored to specific customer segments.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to tell a great story and the ability to draw key insights from analytics, and triangulate data to make key business decisions.
- Nurture relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and vendors, to expand marketing reach and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Partnership
- Ability to influence & partner with key internal stakeholder teams: senior leadership, product marketers, marketing channel leaders, data partners, and finance to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure go-to-market and communications strategy alignment.
- Partners with channel leads to develop the best possible media fit per business situation.
- Participate in market research and analyze trends to inform the development of effective marketing strategies across channels.
- Collaborate with marketing leads to develop communications templates that inform the larger marketing organization on campaign learning, progress, and results.
Leadership and Communication
- Proactive & Strategic Self-Starter.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to tell great stories through data and insights, both written and spoken. They communicate channel strategy and plans to teams across departments and senior and executive leadership.
- Excels at presentation skills with a high level of comfort presenting to senior management when appropriate.
- Provide weekly updates to leadership and confidently represent the broader channel teams in regular presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Channel Marketing expertise; you intersect between brand, performance, and emerging media channels, with a focus in paid media.
- Demonstrates ability to execute large-scale marketing programs, driver of GTM strategy, channel execution, and targeted business outcomes.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills necessary to drive x functional.
- initiatives, and to be effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and extreme fast-moving environment.
- 4+ Years Marketing Strategy and X-Channel Media. Must have experience driving campaigns with high impact results.
- Minimal travel for industry networking, media, conferences, and related events.
- Hybrid Role: 2-3 days in office/week.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $113000-154000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
