As we expand our product offerings to win with mid-market customers, we are building out a complementary Lead-to-Cash process that streamlines our sales motions and scales operations to disrupt the segment and turbocharge adoption. You will be at the epicenter of driving this transformation - defining a roadmap and building innovative Lead-to-Cash capabilities to power Intuit’s entire customer life-cycle from new sales to execution to amendments and renewals with speed, scale, flexibility and control.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with hands-on expertise and a proven record of shipping enterprise capabilities such as lead and opportunity management, configure price quote (CPQ), contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract-based order and billing, and credit and collections. You will be responsible for leading the Lead-to-cash platform build out in support of our mid-market go-to-market motion - conducting industry and user research, roadmapping, and shipping awesome experiences and services that unlock exponential growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define vision, strategy and roadmap to build a world class Lead-to-Cash platform that turbocharges Intuit’s mid-market go-to-market motion
  • Benchmark and apply best practices from across the industry and vendors to inform our roadmap, target state capabilities and build vs. buy decisions
  • Conduct follow-me-homes across customers, sales teams and operations teams to understand their needs and bottlenecks and inspire innovative solutions
  • Rally leadership, sales, marketing, product, finance, legal, care, engineers, designers and data analysts to identify and solve customer problems and win together
  • Drive short and long decisions and solutions to enable scale and test out hypothesis/leap of faith assumptions
  • Document, comprehensive use cases, in-depth requirements and thought provoking wireframes based on customer insights, user feedbacks, key metrics and data insights

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus in delivering Monetization and/or Sales solutions for mid-market / enterprise customers
  • Domain expertise in building mid-market monetization capabilities that serve SaaS and/or Fintech industries with sophisticated product and pricing models
  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity on what’s right for our customers and operational teams
  • Passion for identifying the most important problems and solving them to provide immediate value
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and work in parallel across projects at different stages
  • Track record of influencing other teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical chops paired with a data-informed mindset
  • Undergraduate degree required. Preference for focus in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical Equivalent work experience will be considered. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $177,000 - 239,500, Southern California $161,500-218,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
